Shell has entered into an agreement with Fixturegram to standardize and digitize oil cargo shipment processes following a successful multi-country pilot, as reported by both companies.

Fixturegram, based in Singapore, has developed a software system designed to automate port call tasks and provide real-time status updates. Founded by Eric Lim, a former Global Digitalization Project Lead at Shell, Fixturegram was launched in 2019.

This cloud platform offers a range of features, including:

• Digitization of shipment data
• Document templating
• Live AIS-GPS tracking
• Voyage analytics addressing demurrage, cargo loss, operational efficiency, and carbon emissions

Fixturegram highlights that this partnership signifies a growing interest among major cargo owners in structured, digital workflows and tools that yield reliable data for operational, commercial, and regulatory reporting purposes.
