Key Features of the New INTAREMA System

Processing Capability: The revamped INTAREMA system can now process over four tonnes of material per hour.

Technological Challenges: The larger extruder screw in substantial plastics recycling plants poses significant challenges, which EREMA has tackled by creating the smaller INTAREMA 2021 TVEplus. This model features a single end-to-end extrusion unit and is set to be unveiled at the K 2025 trade show in October 2025.

Benefits of the INTAREMA 2021 TVEplus

Enhanced Throughput: This system maximizes processing efficiency at up to 3.5 tonnes per hour.

Reduced Footprint and Energy Use: It minimizes the overall footprint and energy consumption while improving pellet quality.

Counter Current Technology: The new model utilizes Counter Current technology to feed preheated material into the extruder, which enhances the quality of the recycled pellets.

Commitment to Quality

To ensure that the recycled pellets meet the rigorous standards for food and cosmetic applications, EREMA has launched approval projects and has received positive non-objection letters from a U.S. authority for various plastics.

Critical Cleaning Processes: The combination of INTAREMA TVEplus RegrindPro and the ReFresher plays a vital role in cleaning and decont
