Backed by a $135 million investment from its founding partners, the new facility is expected to become operational in the second half of 2026. Once complete, CCC2 will produce 300 million pounds of plastic waste feedstock annually, catering to customers employing mechanical and advanced recycling technologies. Furthermore, CCC2 operations are projected to create over 100 jobs, driving economic growth in the local community.
This new world-class facility will significantly expand our capability to supply the growing industry demand for feedstock for both mechanical and advanced recycling. CCC2 will help enable the aggregation and recycling of post-consumer, commercial, and industrial plastic waste often destined for landfills or incineration. We look forward to working with the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex community as well as our feedstock customers to deliver sustainable solutions.
Cyclyx Circularity Centers are designed to process a broad spectrum of plastic waste streams, including materials traditionally excluded from current recycling programs. Together with CCC1, the two facilities will deliver a combined capacity of 600 million pounds of feedstock per year, marking a major milestone in advancing plastic circularity.
As part of its broader strategy, Cyclyx is exploring additional Circularity Centers in major U.S. hubs to scale its impact and continue leading innovation in plastics recycling.
