Perfect for a diverse range of products, such as vitamins, nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, beauty supplements, and over-the-counter treatments, the new ClariPPil bottle has received a RecyClass A certification for recyclability in regions with suitable recycling systems, especially when paired with Berry's PP closures.

We believe our ClariPPil bottle provides an advanced packaging solution that will transform healthcare packaging. As well as its superior sustainability profile, the bottle offers excellent performance and quality.

ClariPPil bottles come in green and light and dark amber, catering to various product needs. Custom colors can also be produced upon request. Notably, while similar packs made from colored PET can complicate recycling efforts, the colored ClariPPil bottles are widely recyclable in areas equipped with the necessary recycling infrastructure. Additionally, Berry reports that its innovative manufacturing process for these bottles results in approximately a 71% reduction in carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions compared to the conventional injection stretch blow molding method used for PET bottles.

ClariPPil bottles meet the demand for a sustainable packaging solution without compromising functionality, aesthetics, or barrier performance. Equally important, our high-capacity production facilities mean we can offer companies speed of supply and fast response to help them bring products quickly to market, maximising opportunities in growing sectors such as vitamins, minerals and supplements.

In addition to these sustainability advancements, ClariPPil bottles offer up to 84% improved moisture ingress protection when compared to PET, ensuring prolonged product integrity and effectiveness.

These bottles are available in sizes of 100, 120, and 150cc, featuring a universal 38mm neck for compatibility with various standard closures, including child-resistant options. Besides the color choices, the design also provides a wide decoration area for personalized branding.
